Elysium // ML-1

Elysium stands as a testament to the convergence of bold aesthetics and thoughtful functionality. This architectural masterpiece, with its striking black and white color palette, invites you into a realm where design and purpose harmonies seamlessly.

The project’s distinctive floating aesthetic over a glass window base sets the tone for its unique character. Upon entering the ground floor, you’re greeted by an array of six distinct commercial units, each boasting an average space of 30 sqm, complemented by a spacious 20 sqm mezzanine level. The ground floor is a canvas for vibrant entrepreneurial endeavors, inviting innovative concepts to flourish.

Venturing to the first floor, a symphony of eight private offices awaits, each encompassing an average area of 50 sqm and featuring their own dedicated entrances. These spaces offer an ambiance of exclusivity, perfect for fostering creativity and productivity.

From the second floor onward, Elysium unveils its residential sanctuary. Five levels, each hosting four luxurious residential houses, celebrate space and comfort in equal measure. With an average area of 100 sqm per house, residents are treated to a sophisticated living experience that redefines modern urban living.

The building’s design ingeniously separates commercial and residential spaces through an elongated geometry. A stunning glass façade stretches vertically, inviting natural light to cascade within, while elegantly elongated vertical and horizontal lighting elements emphasize the building’s geometry and its architectural corners.

The windows, with their bold dark frames, add a touch of drama and elegance to the façade, captivating the essence of modern design. The extruded window frames create a distinctive visual effect, enhancing the building’s contemporary aesthetic and redefining the urban skyline.

Elysium is not just a building; it’s a statement. A statement that modernity can be bold yet functional, and that architectural design can seamlessly weave together commercial vibrancy and residential tranquility. It stands as a testament to the boundless possibilities that architecture can offer when innovation, aesthetics, and purpose converge.
